Position Description:
As a manager of business administration,
the successful applicant will manage and implement important
administrative and support activities focused on internal
corporate operations.
Position Responsibilities:
- Project a professional image and provide
responsive, high-quality administrative management
and support
- Provide communications support and
processing for telephone, voice mail, and e-mail systems
- Management and implementation of daily
corporate operations calendar
- Management, scheduling and implementation
of numerous staff development processes including
interviews, training, productivity analysis, and reviews
- Support internal accounting and reporting
processes with light bookkeeping and report generation
- Effectively present operating status
and issues to senior management during weekly, monthly,
and quarterly meetings
- Effectively support PROFORMANT Knowledge
Warehouse and PROFORMANT Financial Modeling Workbench
systems
- Effectively utilize state-of-the-art
office equipment and systems
Position Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years successful administrative
experience with a leading firm (Big 5 and/or first-tier
services firm preferred)
- Undergraduate degree preferred; vocational
training will be considered, depending upon experience
- Excellent time management, teamwork,
and communication skills
- Must be willing to work hours as needed
to meet deadlines and needs
- Strong proficiencies in Microsoft Windows
2000 and Office 2000 applications (Microsoft certifications
preferred)
