Knowledge creation and workflow processes were analyzed and automated with intelligence, content, and data management systems that interoperate for maximum efficiency.

The proprietary system is unique to the professional services industry. “We simplified the architecture and user interface by developing transparent metadata tags for our unstructured data. This allows any user to easily retrieve and create records without building logical queries or new data models,” said Dr. Kozikowski.
